when requesting our services. You agree to use our services for lawful purposes and not to
engage in any activity that could harm our website or other users. - Payment Terms: Payment for services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed
upon. We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, or other agreed methods. All fees are non
refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy. - Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. - Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not
be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. - Limitation of Liability: Maley Life Coaching is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the
amount paid for the services provided. - Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use
of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
